Orders and Shipping

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimated to be between 5-7 business days, meaning it will typically take between 6-9 business days to receive your order from the time of purchase.

Click on the 'My Account' icon at the top right corner of our website and follow the registration prompts. You'll need to provide your email address and create a secure password to get started.

Log in to your account, navigate to 'Account Settings,' and update your shipping information accordingly. Make sure to save your changes before exiting.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by clicking on 'Track Order' in the main menu and entering your order number.

We prioritize your security and do not store credit card information without your consent. You may choose to save your payment details for future purchases during checkout through our secure payment processor.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and current state tax regulations.

Currently, we ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations internationally in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, items in your order may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. For detailed information, please refer to our Returns Policy Page.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team at support@fomogoods.com with your order details and photos of the item received, and we'll assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.

We're sorry to hear that. Please reach out to us at support@fomogoods.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll work to resolve the issue immediately.

After contacting our support team and receiving return authorization, please send returns to: Fomo Goods Returns, 2709 N Hayden Island Dr STE 114555, Portland, Oregon, 97217, USA. Please include your order number in the package.

If your order hasn't been processed yet, please contact us immediately at support@fomogoods.com or call +1 315-444-0826 to update your shipping information. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. However, if you contact us promptly after placing your order, we may be able to accommodate changes or cancellations before the order ships.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. Please check our website regularly or sign up for product notifications to be alerted when an item is back in stock.
